OUR TRAILS ARE OPEN! Salem Sno Drifters maintains thirty-one miles of snowmobile trails that go through Salem and Freeman Twp, Maine. We thank the xx landowners who allow our trails to go through their land. Our trails connect to club trails in neighboring towns to give you miles of riding in western Maine: Sno-Wanderers Snowmobile Club in Kingfield, Narrow Gauge Snowmobile Club in Strong, and North Franklin Snomobile Club in Phillips.
Please respect the land and landowners. Stay on marked trails. Observe all Maine snowmobile laws and practice carry-in carry-out.
Trails change frequently for many reasons, so please contact the club with any questions and be sure to plan ahead by checking trail conditions. If you come upon something on our trails that needs our attention, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Volunteers maintain our trails, clearing brush and fallen trees, repairing washouts, clearing culverts and posting signage.

Our Trail Master appreciates any help to maintain and improve the Salem Sno Drifters snowmobile trails. Reach out today to find out how you can help!
Know before you go! Check out Trail Master Topher Hunt's trail condition reports and stay safe while riding on our snowmobile trails.
