Topher's Trail Report 2-8-2026

Good morning Drifters from Trail Master Topher with the Salem Sno Drifter trail report on conditions on February 8, 2026.

Couple things on the menu this morning:

#1 trails are in great condition. The RR Bed gets beat up the most being straight runs. The middle gets blown out because most people ride in the middle for a fast braaap. Don't blame ya! It would help me out if some of ya could ride the side now and then to pack the edges. Thank you!

#2 I rode on trails on field edges where the Club has CLEARLY marked and staked the trail to stay out of the fields because of planted stuff under the snow. Yet some BRAAAP-HOLES still go through the stakes to cut a corner or beat their buddy ahead of them. If you ever see someone doing this, please stop them and give them the "what for".... it's going to get trails shut down.... And I'd like to thank all the clubs who are doing an amazing job with what little snow we have.
